APERA Conference 2006 28 – 30 November 2006 Hong Kong 对儿童辍学的案例研究 ——以“街头公审辍学孩子家长＂为个案 向蓓莉 北京师范大学教育管理学院 摘要：本文从一则新闻报道《街头公审辍学孩子家长》着手，展示了由此产生的对“什 么是研究＂（其概念、过程与意义）的反思；并以此报道为例分析了案例的特征，从多 学科与整体研究的视角阐释了案例研究的意义；继而阐述并运用问题树分析法，梳理案 例中呈现的导致女童辍学的线索，将案例中展现的主要问题归结为“义务教育经费投入 缺乏保障、女童教育机会缺失、教育（包括贫困地区教育）目的及适切性差、学校布局 调整不合适＂；最后，运用政策（教育法律与政策）研究、案例文本分析、访谈资料分 析等方法探讨了产生问题的原因，提出了解决问题之对策。作者希望藉一个具体的教育 案例，讨论教育案例研究的方法论及所需要的整体分析视角；并提出：宏观的教育行政 管理、政策与法律研究的起点与终点是关注与探究受其影响的一个个生命个体的命运。 [关键词]案例研究、辍学、女童教育、问题树分析法 A Case Study on School Drop-outs: “Adjudge the Drop-outs’ Parents on the Street” As the Case Xiang, Beili College of Educational Administration, Beijing Normal University Abstract: Boosted by a news report “Adjudge the Drop-outs’ Parents on the Street”, the author makes the reflective thinking on “what is a research” (its concept, process and meaning). Then the paper focuses on the characteristics and meaning of the case study based on analyzing the news report as a case. It provides a method of “problem tree analysis” to analyze those complicated clues represented by the case, and then the paper concludes the main reasons of the drop-outs as “the insufficiency of compulsory education funds, the lack of education access to girls, unsuitable education aims (including education in underdeveloped regions) and improper layout of schools”. The paper adopts such methods as policy research, case text analysis and interview data analysis to explore the causes and solutions of those problems. The author tries to discuss the methodology and the integration perspectives of the case
