直流斩波调速系统设计 摘 要：本设计主要完成以89s51单片机为核心的PWM直流电机的调速系统。该系统包括速度给定、速度显示、速度测量和速度控制。论文主要介绍了基于单片机用PWM实现直流电机调速的基本方法，直流电机调速的相关知识，及PWM调整的基本原理和实现方法。重点介绍了基于MCS-51单片机的用软件产生PWM信号的途径，并介绍了一种通过采用软件定时实现PWM信号占空比调节的方法。对于直流电机速度控制系统的实现提供了一种有效的途径。主电路主要采用四个小键盘控制AT89S51单片机，再由AT89S51单片机把数据传送到AT89C2051单片机中产生脉宽调制信号，然后通过电机驱动芯片L298N对小型电机进行控制。在实验板中，还包括由CS3020霍尔开关，AT89S51单片机，74LS47七段数码管译码芯片及四位LED构成转速检测显示电路。在最后的扩展功能里还加上了红外遥控功能，采用软件进行红外解码。 关键词：脉宽调制，直流电机调速，单片机，转速测量，红外遥控 THE DESIGN OF PWM SPEED GOVERNING SYSTEM Abstract：A speed governing system of DC motor by using AT89S51 microcontroller is introduced .The system includes the setting of speed，the displaying of speed，the measurement of speed and the control of speed. This paper introduces a kind of method Of DC-motor speed modification ased on PWM theory by the SCM. Showing some relative knowledge upon the DC-motor timing，the basic theory and the way to implemen. And it emphasizes on the way for carrying out PWM signals based on MCS-51.This paper still provides a method for modifying the speed of DC-motor by way of time by software. It offers a sort of efficient method for the DC-motor Speed-controlling system. The main circuit adopts four keypads to control AT89S51 mainly, convey from AT89S51 data to AT89C2051 produce the signal of Pulse Width Modulation and then, control the DC-motor through the electrical machinery L298. In the experiment board, still include the circuit of rotational speed measuring and showing formed by CS3020 Hall's switch, AT89S51, 74LS47 and four LED. In the last expanded part, it adds the infrared remote control function and adopts the software to decode .
