摘要 疏浚淤泥是一种很有利用价值的潜在资源,目前太湖流域水污染严重,淤泥固化改良处理技术可以同时解决太湖疏浚大量产生的废弃疏浚淤泥的处理问题和淤泥土堆积造成的环境污染问题,解决工程建设用土的问题。 本论文通过对太湖淤泥的基本物理力学性质的测定,得出淤泥的含水率高、有机质和重金属含量过高,致使淤泥的强度远达不到填埋及土工要求,而且直接抛弃必然会对周围环境造成二次污染;通过对淤泥化学固化的研究,以固结试验、直剪试验等为技术手段,确定固化材料剂对淤泥的物理力学性质改变,以粉煤灰、矿渣和水泥为固化材料,按照控制变量方法设计配合比,进行了淤泥的固化试验。通过测试固化淤泥的含水率、最大干密度和抗剪强度,研究了淤泥固化后其含水率、最大干密度和抗剪强度的变化,探讨了粉煤灰和矿渣对改性淤泥固化效果的影响。 结果发现,粉煤灰和矿渣是最有利于淤泥内部自由水和吸附水的减少,其抗剪强度得到了提高。从而大大提高了粉煤灰和矿渣的利用率。 关键词:淤泥;固化;物理力学性质;粉煤灰;矿渣 Abstract Dredged silt is a very valuable resource potential in Taihu basin, the water pollution is serious, silt solidification and improved processing technology can simultaneously solve Taihu dredge large amount of dredged mud treatment problems and silt accumulation caused environmental pollution problems, solve the problem of soil engineering construction. The present paper through to the mud of Taihu basic physical and mechanical properties of the high moisture content of the silt, draw, heavy metals and organic matter content is too high, resulting in silt strength far from landfill and soil requirements, but also directly discarded is bound to the surrounding environment caused by silt pollution two; chemical study on curing, to consolidation test, direct shear test and other techniques, to determine the solidified material agent on physical and mechanical properties of silt change, fly ash, slag and cement as the solidification material, according to the controlling variable method for design of mixture ratio, the mud solidification experiment. Through the test of solidified silt water content, the maximum dry density and the shear strength of silt, the water content, the maximum dry density and shear strength changes, discussed with fly ash and slag on modified silt solidification effect. It was found, fly ash and slag is most beneficial to the silt in the water reduced, its shear strength is improved. Thus greatly improving the utilization rate of fly ash and slag.
