地下水的合理开发利用在南水北调中的作用

摘 要
在系统阐述地下水资源概念和地下水含水层特点的基础上,分析了南水北调受水区地下水开采现状,探讨了解决城市和农业地下水超采的措施,利用地下水超采形成的地下库容调蓄引江水和当地降雨径流、合理开发利用地下水提高水资源利用率和改造咸水、防止土壤盐碱化等在南水北调中的作用
黄淮海平原水资源紧缺,严重制约着社会经济的持续发展,造成地下水超采和生态环境恶化。南水北调工程是解决我国北方水资源严重短缺问题的重大举措。江水北调对减少与制止地下水超采可以提供必要的条件,同时,地下水的合理开发利用在南水北调中也可以发挥开源节流、改善生态环境、改造咸水和防止土壤盐碱化等重要作用。
