On the whole, Chinas logistics industry has developed rapidly since the new century, small and medium sized logistics enterprises in China as an important force in our logistics enterprises, but majority of small logistics companies do not yet have the capacity of technology of logistics informationization. Pearl River Delta is one of the four important logistics circle, small and medium sized logistics enterprises informationization in the region is also at an early stage, its development status is worrying, if it can not have a good use of information technology to enhance its operational efficiency, it will can not support the rapid development of the Pearl River Delta economic circle.
