In todays global economic integration, Chinas huge potential market demand attracts a large amount of FDI, the introduction of FDI has become an important part of Chinas opening up. Over the past 30 years, positive absorption and utilization of foreign direct investment (FDI) played an important role in promoting economic development and the industrial restructuring and upgrading in Zhejiang Province, but compared with Jiangsu and Guangdong, its influence is relatively much smaller. Therefore, the research on FDI industrial structure rationalization of Zhejiang province and the provision of feasible analytical guarantee to FDI industrial structure optimization have realistic significance. After dwelling upon Zhejiang Province FDI and relative theories of industrial structure adjustment, this?article analyzes the development status of Zhejiang FDI and industrial structure and the influence of FDI to Zhejiang?industrial structure with the method of econometric model analysis from the real evidence?perspective.
