摘 要 随着我国橡胶制品工业的发展,橡胶制品的种类日益增多,产量日益扩大,促使着橡胶模具设计与制造由传统的经验设计到理论计算设计。尤其是橡胶生产设备的不断提高与生产工艺的不断改进,橡胶模具越来越多,模具的制造水平与模具复杂程度也越来越高越精致。高效率、自动化、精密、长寿命已经成为橡胶模具发展的趋势。 空气弹簧是汽车空气悬架系统的和重要组成部分,它利用空气的压缩弹性进行工作,具有缓冲、减振和承载重量等功能。空气弹簧具有优良的弹性特性,与普通钢制弹簧相比有许多优点,因而其应用范围十分广泛。将空气弹簧用于汽车悬架系统可大大提高汽车的行驶平顺性和舒适性。橡胶空气弹簧按形状可分为曲囊式、膜式和滚筒式三大类。按密封结构形式可分为压力自密封式、卷边式、法兰夹紧式、箍环密封式和混合式五大类。其结构由特性表层橡胶、高强度骨架层、极性内层橡胶构成。我所设计的模具能过解决气孔、缺胶、充气尺寸变化大、帘线变稀劈缝等问题,还可以在空气弹簧上附设辅助气室,实现自控调节增、减充气量来调整弹簧的刚度和承载力的大小。这个模具对空气弹簧(甚至橡胶产品)的生产有很大的意义,可以提高空气弹簧中橡胶气囊的质量,因为橡胶气囊是空气弹簧的重要部件,它的质量是决定空气弹簧使用寿命的关键因素。从而使空气弹簧簧具有优良的弹性特性。 关键词:橡胶制品,模具,空气弹簧 Abstract Along with the development of rubber industry in China, the kinds of rubber products, expanding production and makes the rubber mold design and manufacturing from the traditional experience design to the theoretical calculation of the design.
