浙 江 科 技 学 院 本 科 毕 ( 2012届) 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期  电动燃油泵研究与测试 浙江科技学院 摘 要 目前电动涡轮燃油泵用于大多数汽车，比起齿轮泵等燃油泵拥有体积小噪音低等特点，由于此燃油泵的广泛应用对于此燃油泵的优化，使其性能增加是非常必要的。 本课题的研究主要是针对宁波洛卡特汽车零部件有限公司燃油泵性能的优化，对燃油泵尚存在的不足之处加以改进，旨在改进旧结构的不足之处，方便工作安装，提升燃油泵性能。 重点对燃油泵部分结构进行研究优化： 1.燃油泵止回阀管保压性能进行研究优化。 2.对转子、泵室泵盖油槽进行优化。 3.对燃油泵噪音进行正确的测量，对部分工装进行调整。 以上研究旨在为公司能够生产出性能更加好的燃油泵增加竞争力。 关键词：涡轮燃油泵 噪音 结构优化 Research and testing of electric fuel pumpStudent: Chaojie Shaog Advisor: Dr. Yuesong Ye School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Zhejiang University of Science and Technology Abstract Now a lot of cars with electric fuel pump. Small size, low noise characteristics compared to other fuel pump. The optimization of the fuel pump is very necessary because of the wide range of applications of the fuel pump. This topic research is aimed at Ningbo Luo Ka Ta Forging Optimize the fuel pump performance. Focus on the study of fuel pump structure. There is still some inadequacies exist, improve the fuel pump, which can make the fuel pump assembly to facilitate and improve performance. This article focuses on the part of the structure of the fuel pump and optimization(1) Check valve tube holding pressure to optimize the performance;(2) Optimization of the rotor pump rooms and pump cover;(3) The correct measurement of the fuel pump noise and adjustment on the part of the tooling.This study aims to help LKT produce superior performance of the fuel pump and improve its competitiveness.
