2013届毕业生毕业设计 液晶电视快速热循环注塑成型工艺参数优化 系部名称 机电系 专业名称 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 曹将栋 二〇一三年九月 摘要 高光无痕绿色注射成型技术(Rapid Heating Cycle Molding，RHCM)是近年来发展起来的一种高光无熔痕注塑成型新技术。该技术采用温控系统，在短时间内将模具快速加热到一定温度后，在模腔中注入塑胶，完成保压，再用室温水或冷却水将塑件快速冷却至出模温度，完成一个注塑过程，然后进入下一个注塑循环。使用该技术可使塑件表面无熔痕并达到镜面效果，提高塑件强度和表面硬度，可取消环境污染严重的喷涂工艺等二次加工，保护环境和操作人员的身体健康，减少工艺流程，节省二次加工费用，降低生产成本成型技术Abstract Rapid Heating Cycle Molding（RHCM）is a kind of new injection technology in the near years, by which highlight production without weld lines can be obtained. Temperature control system adopted in the technology make the mould temperature be improved in a short time. At the same time plastic melt is injected in the cavity, after being dwelled for several seconds, the plastic is cooled rapidly with water, this is the process of RHCM. In this technology the surface of the plastic is used as a mirror without any weld lines. The strength and hardness of the surface have been improved greatly, which is reduced the pollution brought out in secondary processing, such as spraying. It is important to protect the environment and improve worker’s healthy. The cost of the production will be decreased greatly because of secondary processing eliminated. In this article the main research work is as following: (1)Advantages of Rapid Heating Cycle Molding Rapid Heating Cycle Molding is compared with conventional injection molding, the advantages, the principles and the critical technologies in RHCM have been researched, such as steam rapid heating cycle molding and electrode rapid heating cycle molding. (2)LCD Panels?Analysis Molding A LCD Panel?is considered as an example, which has been molded in UG NX7.0 software. The 3D mold has been imported into CAD Doctor software to be simplified. The simplified mold has been meshed, the runner system, the heating system and cooling system have been created in moldflow 2013.
