论文题目：基于Android的远程视频监控系统的设计与实现  专  业：通信与信息系统  硕 士 生： 指导教师：  （签名）__________ （签名）__________  摘 要 随着无线宽带网络技术、视频压缩技术、移动终端技术的快速发展，普通的视频监 控技术已经无法满足人们日常生活多元化的需求。无线网络的普及和移动终端的日益智 能化，使基于无线网络和移动终端设备的视频监控系统逐渐成为视频监控系统新的发展 方向。本文通过对视频监控系统现状及发展趋势的分析，以及结合监控系统的性能需求， 完成了一种基于 Android 平台的远程视频监控系统。 论文在分析了监控系统所涉及关键技术的理论知识的基础上，研究提出了基于 Android 的远程视频监控系统的总体设计方案，完成了监控系统各模块的设计和软件实 现。该系统由视频采集前端、视频服务器及监控客户端构成，主要模块包括：视频数据 采集模块、视频编码模块、网络实时传输模块、FFMPEG 视频软解码模块和客户端显示 模块。其中，视频采集模块采用 JMF(Java 媒体库)框架，实现了对视频图像的采集；视 频编码模块采用具有高压缩率的 H.264 视频压缩技术；网络实时传输模块采用流媒体技 术以及 Socket 网络通信，实现了基于 RTP 协议的端到端的传输功能；客户端的解码模块 采用 FFMPEG 视频解码库，实现 Android 终端的视频软解码功能；显示模块采用 SurfaceView 来实现视频的实时显示。 最后对本系统进行了测试，分析了测试结果，指出了系统的优缺点及存在的问题， 并提出了后续的开发方案和计划。 关 键 词：视频监控；Android；FFMPEG；JMF；Socket 研究类型：应用研究型 Subject  : Design and Implementation of Remote Video Monitoring  System Based on Android Specialty : Communication and Information System  Name  :  (Signature)  Instructor :  (Signature)  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the wireless broadband network, video compression and mobile terminal technology, the traditional video monitoring technology can hardly meet people's diverse needs on the daily life.
