一、精密冲床防震脚安装说明 Mountsforpressinstallationguide 安装前，请确认基座之型号规格是否正确。 Beforeinstallation,make surethemodeland thespecificationare correct. 安装说明 Installation guide • 所需工具：公制口径46mm(M30)开口扳手、水平尺、爪式千斤顶。 Requiredtools:46mm(M30)openwrench,level bar,andclaw jack. • 安装前请先将防震脚上方的2颗M8螺栓移除。(如图1) Remove two M8boltsabovethe mounts (Fig1). • 以爪式千斤顶慢慢将设备抬高至使临时木台(110~120mm)相同高度。(如图2) Elevate theequipment withclawjackgraduallytothe same height asthe woodenpanel (110~120mm) (Fig2). • 将防震脚放置于与设备的正确安装位置。(如图3) Placethemounts onthe correctlocationoftheequipment (Fig3). • 以M30螺栓将防震脚与设备固定，但不锁紧。(如图4) Fasten themounts and theequipment withM30boltwithoutlockingthem(Fig4). • 使用公制口径46mm开手扳手调整M30螺栓以调整防震脚高度。(如图5) AdjustM30boltwith46mm openwrench toadjust the heightofthe mounts (Fig5). • 安装于设备后，防震脚之高度范围为95~105mm。 Theheight ofthemounts isbetween 95~105mmafter installing. • 并以水平尺检查设备水平，若无水平则调整M30固定调整螺栓来维持水平。 Checkthe levelwithlevel barand adjustM30fixedadjustment bolttomaintain thebalance. • 调整完毕后，将M30螺栓确实锁紧后，即可完成防震脚的安装调整。(如图6) LockM30bolttocompletetheinstallation (Fig6). • 安装后H高度须大于5mm，若太低请更换荷重能力大的防震脚，并请洽本公司业务人员。(如上附图) Theheight ofHshouldbeover5mm.
