The result indicated that all kinds of extract have scavenging effects on DPPH free radical and the anti-oxidative activities decreased in the order of VC BHT water extract methanol extract ethanol extracts VE.Each of them have significance difference ,excpect of between BHT and water extracts.Among all of the exampales the water extracts has the highest antioxidant propertiy, other more the difference between water extract and BHT is significant.
