河洛镇信息化建设工作汇报 2004年年初，河洛镇信息化建设开始始以来，我镇紧抓这一契机，，围绕创建“数字河洛”的中中心任务，全面实施“以信息息化推进城镇化”的战略，在在市有关部门和镇党委、政府府的亲切关怀以及各方的大力力支持下，我镇的信息化建设设成功地迈上了一个新的台阶阶，取得了阶段性的成果。 2005年8月月，建成并开通了镇机关局域域网，建成了1个企业信息应应用局域网，另外还有1个村村委会的局域网正在建设中；；较为成熟的机关政务办公系系统已经形成。目前17个行行政村安DVD，农农村远程教育系统已全面建成成。 一、信信息化建设优化了政务发展环环境。通过电子政务的建设，，领导和机关工作人员信息化化建设意识大大增强，办公业业务领域的计算机应用不断普普及。目前机关共有电脑300余台，平均每两人一台电脑脑，每个科室至少有1台电脑脑，并要求各村委会至少配备备1台电脑，每名机关干部都都熟练掌握了电脑操作，公文文、信息处理的效率进一步提提高，一支既懂办公自动化技技术又熟悉机关业务的专业队队伍已经形成。并且促进了政政务公开，提高了镇村两级的的办公效率，增加了政府的服服务能力。镇政府在互联网上上向公众介绍政府的各类信息息，公众可以在网上访问镇政政府的主页，了解政府的各个个 二、提高了全民信信息化意识综合素质。起初农农村家庭购买计算机主要是为为孩子们学习用，后来受其影影响人们的意识和行为也逐步步发生了改变，闲暇时自由上上网冲浪，看看国内外大事，，发个E-mail等等，从从不了解到亲手用，从麻将桌桌到电脑桌，这些以前看似很很神秘的事情，现在变成了现现实。网络在潜移默化中改变变了人们的生活，促进了人们们旧有的思想观念的更新和转转变，人们的信息化综合素质质也随之有了很大的提高。 2004年，网上登记求求职人员达1600多人次，，通过求职专业的分类与人才才培训，推荐出800多人次次，切实解决了待岗就业人员员的就业难题。 二00五年八月十五日 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
