毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一三年 月 日摘 要 本次设计的内容是小池一中高中部教学楼，本次设计的教学楼共五层，每层层高3.6m，建筑物总高度为19m，并设有450mm的室内外高差。总建筑面积5045㎡，除教室外每层设两间办公室让老师办公，，底层为警卫室。采用一个矩形结构，建筑有一个主入口，两个辅助的入口。建筑设计部分包括建筑平面、立面和剖面设计，主要解决建筑平面布局和立面造型问题。结构设计部分主要由内力计算和截面设计组成。首先计算竖向荷载水平，运用“”、“D值法”等方法内力。进行荷载组合并且根据截面设计主要包括构件截面尺寸构件配筋在设计过程中，要求进行计算，并运用制图软件Auto CAD和PKPM等进行绘图。，ABSTRACT The project is located in xiaochi，Shandong Renaissance vocational and technical college building,a total of five,the floor height is 3.6m,interior altitude is0.45m.The total covered area is 5545㎡ In addition to the classroom each layer set a management room one holds concurrently do faculty lounge, each layer set by two mutual stagger drinking water device, the rectangular building structure set a main entrance, two auxiliary of the entrance. Architecture design part includes building plane facade and profile design, to solve building layout and facade problems, some sizes of details also be designed. This bearing structure for this design are frame and beams ,walls are filling materials, interior wall is 240mm and exterior wall is 370mm .Structure design part, mainly consists by internal force calculation and section design.Internal force calculation first calculated horizontal earthquake loads, wind load and vertical load by basic materials, mainly uses the layered method, D value method ,bending moment quadratic assignment method, etc .After to start the load combination, and carried out its design and calculation ,including section size component design and component reinforcement design. In the design process, according to the new national standard and requirements of civil engineering to calculation and using Auto CAD and PKPM etc drawing software assistant design and drawing.
