摘 要
本文围绕危化品运输对大桥进行安全评价指标体系的研究,在此基础上结合泰州大桥危化品运输事故的应急救援体系的构建关键词、、应急救援
ABSTRACT
In recent years, domestic and hazardous chemical accident-prone, much of it occurring during transport, hazardous chemicals, transportation accidents on roads, bridges greater harm, but also endanger the safety of nearby residents and the destruction of personal property in the surrounding environment, and transportation of hazardous chemicals is moving hazards, accident prevention and emergency rescue to create difficulties, often adverse effects. This paper focuses on the transport of hazardous chemicals may cause effects on the bridge, to study risk analysis and safety evaluation index system, combined on the basis of Taizhou Bridge, explore the construction of hazardous chemicals, transportation accidents emergency rescue system.
The main research work is to start from the following parts :
(1) Access the system home and abroad Bridge safe transportation of hazardous chemicals and methods of evaluation research on domestic and international emergency rescue system and technology to investigate.
(2) Bridge on the risk factors of hazardous chemicals transportation system exists for risk analysis, and describes the transport of hazardous chemicals Bridge accident occurred types, causes and probabilities.
(3) Based on the risk analysis of the bridge hazardous chemicals transportation system, from the selection to determine the establishment of a hazardous chemical transport bridge safety evaluation index system, and an overview of the safety assessment methods and selection, and finally propose an improved AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combines safety evaluation model.
(4) Based on the survey data Taizhou Bridge, combined with the status quo of emergency relief at home and abroad, according to the actual situation, in terms of organization, operation mechanism, security systems and other hazardous chemicals, building a bridge transportation emergency rescue system.
