Mixing Juice
Goals of the Lesson:
Students will use ratios and related forms of comparisons to solve problems.
Overarching goal:
Our students will work collaboratively and make mathematical connections in order to
become independent problem-solvers.

Benchmark 3: Convert fractions to decimals and percents and use these representations in estimations, computations and applications.
Interpret and use ratios in different contexts
Compute and perform multiplication and division of fractions and decimals and apply these procedures to solving problems.
