特细号高密织物经纱毛羽的控制 摘要 特细号高密织物具有轻、薄、爽、滑以及手感柔软、富贵典雅、穿着舒适、附加值高的特点已经成为目前机织物生产的主要产品。此类产品以府绸和防雨布为主由于纱支细织物密度大加工难度和技术要求很高。掌握该类织物的加工难点总结生产加工工艺和技术措施对提高产品质量和综合经济效益都有着十分重要的现实意义特细号高密织物是技术含量较高的纺织品,在国际国内均有很好的市场,特别是在国际市场上前景广阔,但特细号高密织物生产难度较大,一是纱线直径小截面纤维根数少上浆时经纱吸浆率小,二是加入一定比例长绒棉单纱断裂强度有所改善,单根毛羽增多,导致织机效率和产品质量无法达到预期目从而影响企业生产水平和经济效益的稳定提高。本文从影响浆纱质量的纱线质量、浆纱设备状态、浆纱上浆率、浆纱伸长率、浆纱回潮率等方面为了降低纱线毛羽,提高特细号高密织物生产效率和产品质量,探讨了细纱、络筒工序纱线毛羽的产生原因及减少毛羽的措施;重点研究了浆纱过程中合适的浆料配方及上浆工艺能够有效降低和改善纱线毛羽为提高特细号高密织物的质量提供参考。 关键词:高密织物,毛羽,织造难点,浆纱 Abstract Fine density fabric is light, thin, bright, smooth and soft, rich and products at elegant,comfortable, high value-added features has become woven production of main present.Such products with poplin and showerproof cloth is given priority to, because of the fine yarn count, fabric density is big, the processing difficulty and high requirement of technology.Mastery of this kind of fabric processing difficulty, sums up production process and technical measures, to improve product quality and the comprehensive economic benefits have very important practical significance.Fine, high-density fabric is high technical content of textiles, has a good market in domestic and international, especially in the international market prospects, but fine, high-density fabric production is difficult,A yarn diameter is small, less section fibrous root number, sizing warp plasma absorption rate is small, 2 it is to a certain proportion to join long-staple cotton, single yarn breaking strength improved, single hairiness increase, lead to weaving efficiency and product quality can not meet expectations, thus influence enterprise production level and increase the stability of the economic benefit.Based on the yarn quality, affecting the quality of sizing sizing equipment status, sizing sizing rate and sizing elongation, sizing moisture regain and so on, in order to reduce the yarn hairiness, improve fine density fabric production efficiency and product quality, the yarn was discussed, the cause
