Methods The single factor experiment orthogonal experiment to study the ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, microwave irradiation time and microwave power on Gnaphalium Flavonoid extraction were investigated. Results The optimum microwave extraction conditions of microwave irradiation time of 5 min, ethanol volume fraction of 15%, solid-liquid ratio 1:60 (g / ml), microwave power 700W. In this parameter combination under the conditions of the extraction rate of 4.72% flavonoids. Conclusion comparison with the traditional solvent experiment shows that microwave method not only saves time and extraction efficiency, is a fast, efficient, energy-saving new extraction process. Don by microwave-assisted extraction was tested.MethodsThe single experimental factor, such as microwave power, percent of ethanol volume, microwave treating time, ratio of solid to liquid was studied. Then , the optimum parameters were obtained by orthogonal test.ResultsThe optimum parameters were the ratio of solid to liquid 1:60 (g / ml), microwave treating 5 min, the microwave power ration 700W, percent of ethanol volume 15. The extraction rate of flavonoids was 4.72% at the optimum parameters.ConclusionCompared with the traditional soluent extraction, microwave-assisted extraction for chapha liumaffine D.
