责任区督学的职责 责任区督学的职责： (一)、列席被督导单位的有关会议。 （二）、开展学校发展性评价，指导学校总结教育教学工作经验和教训，确立新的发展目标，促进学校依法办学、自主发展，不断提高学校管理水平和教育质量。 （三）、了解责任区学校办学中的困难和校园周边环境；关注责任区学校的办学行为，分析和研究责任区学校办学中存在的的问题（尤其是义务教育段学校的学生课业负担问题），了解学校规范收费和学生每天1小时体育活动落实的情况。 （四）、协助教育行政部门及时有效处理和解决责任区内学校违规办学的群众来信、来访，对学校教育教学工作中群众反映较多的热点、难点问题进行调查研究，并提出意见和建议。 （五）、责任区督学要将督导评估活动中发现的、可能影响学生正常教学秩序以及违背教育规律的倾向性问题，及时向区政府教育督导室、区教育局报告并提出意见、建议。 （六）、定期提交责任区督导工作报告和随访报告。 （七）、完成上级教育督导部门交办的其他任务。 （八）、责任区督学到责任区学校督查和指导工作一学期不少于4次。随访督导和专题督导相结合，要求每学期结束前向区政府教育督导室提交一份调研报告。 五、督学责任区内学校的工作职责： （一）、各中小学（幼儿园）要主动配合责任区督学工作，向督学及时提供学校工作资料信息，如实反映情况。 （二）、自觉接受市、区督学的工作指导，认真研究落实责任区督学提出的意见、建议，并积极加以整改。 六、各督学责任区要高度重视这项工作，把它作为今后加强和改进教育督导工作的重要举措，切实予以抓好。对在教育督导和督学责任区工作中取得显著成绩的责任区和个人，给予表彰奖励。要求从2016年起，每年7月底前向区政府教育督导室报告督学责任区的学年度工作总结。 6 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students' unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
