摘要 近些年，我国电子商务发展迅速。京东商城作为第一家自建物流体系的电商企业，在其运营过程中，对比运送速度和响应时间相较于传统物流企业有其优势。本文认为，随着电商竞争的不断激烈，电商平台应将全部的精力放到自身产品的营销上，至于物流业，应交于专业的第三方物流服务公司完成。这样，不仅可以提高电商平台的经营效益，还也可以保证物流速度和售后服务质量。 本文首先就电商企业物流的选择依据和配送模式进行分析探讨，总结出电商平台在选择物流配送业务时的主要关心问题；接着讨论了京东商城和京东物流的现状和发展情况，并对京东物流的基本配送模式进行了分析；最后总结了京东商城物流选择的理论依据，提出了通过第三方物流的方法解决可能产生的问题。 关键字：京东商城；物流配送；电子商务 ABSTRACT In recent years, the rapid development of electronic commerce.
