内 容 摘 要 本文提出的城乡建设设计院的图档管理系统的分析，是根据我国国情和行业发展需要，吸取国内外成功经验，结合城乡建设设计院具体情况而分析得出。 随着现代信息技术的广泛应用，电子文件大量产生，其重要性和利用的方便性日益凸现。档案管理对象的数字化要求其管理手段的相应变革。利用计算机技术有效处理电子文件，利用网络和数字通信技术快速传输电子文件，利用数据库技术存储大量电子文件，运用信息检索技术方便快捷地浏览、查询电子文件，运用信息系统实现对电子文件的归档和利用过程。 本文主要分析档案管理在公司生产设计过程中的意义和实际运用，通过档案管理的手段、办公局域网的支持和信息管理的技术控制和监督设计图纸的形成，发展，销毁全过程。 本文具体内容结合城乡建设设计院的CAD设计图纸的档案管理，分析档案管理的业务流程,需求分析,完成对图档管理系统的系统分析工作。 关键词：电子文件、档案管理、图档管理系统、系统分析 ABSTRACT This article proposed the urban rural Design Institute’s picture, archive management system’s analysis, is according to our country national condition and the profession development demand, absorbs the domestic and foreign successful experiences, combined the urban rural Design Institute special details to analyze obtains.
