 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 0  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 在日常的生活和工作中, 住宅与部门的安全防范、单位的文件档案、财务报表以及一些个人资料的保存多以加锁的办法来解决。若使用传统的机械式钥匙开锁，人们常需携带多把钥匙, 使用极不方便, 且钥匙丢失后安全性即大打折扣。具有防盗报警等功能的电子密码锁代替密码量少、安全性差的机械式密码锁已是必然趋势[1]。 随着电子产品向智能化和微型化的不断发展，单片机已成为电子产品研制和开发中首选的控制器。本设计从经济实用的角度出发，采用美国Atmel公司的单片机AT89C51作为主控芯片，采用低功耗CMOS型AT24C02作为数据存储器单元，结合外围的4*4键盘输入模块、LCD1602液晶显示模块、报警模块、开锁模块等，用C语言编写主控芯片的控制程序，设计了一款可以多次更改密码、存储密码并具有报警功能的数字密码锁。 经实验证明，该数字密码锁具有设计方法合理，简单易行，成本低，安全实用等特点，符合住宅、办公室用锁要求，具有推广价值。 关键词：智能化，单片机，密码锁，报警   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 73 The design and manufacture of digital combination lock Abstract In daily life and work, the department of housing and security, unit documents, financial statements and some personal information to save more in order to lock the ways to solve.If use the traditional mechanical key to open the lock, people often need to carry multiple keys,use convenient, and the key missing after security is compromised.With anti-theft alarm function such as electronic combination lock instead of password quantity is little, security, poor mechanical combination lock is inevitable trend. With the continuous development of electronic products to intelligent and miniaturization, microcontroller has become electronic product development and the development of the preferred controller.From the perspective of economic and practical, this paper adopts the Atmel companys SCM AT89C51 and low-power CMOS AT24C02 as main control chip and the data storage unit, combined with peripheral 4*4 keyboard input module, LCD1602 display module, alarm module, the lock module, control program written in C language master control chip, designed a model can change the password for many times, stored password combination lock and alarm function. Experiments show that the combination with design method is reasonable, simple, low cost, safe and practical characteristics, conform to the requirements of the residential, office use, lock, has promotion value.
