This study reports a male case of 20-year- old with primary pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor. The result of the study supports the efficacy and safety of the concomitant treatment of Cyberknife and chemotherapy in patients with irresectable pulmonary primitive neuroectodermal tumor. The duration of local control and the survival time were 14 and 32 months, respectively. This study also provides an overview of prognostic factors, appropriate management, and treatment
