摘 要 现今人类最关注的世界热点问题之首就要属水资源问题了。就目前中国的现状来看，水资源的危机已经威胁到了我们的正常生活。水资源既然是不可再生资源，我们就应该想办法将其利用充分，使其可以循环使用。为了保证水资源的利用率，各个国家都建立了多个污水处理厂，通过采取一系列的措施，使污水经过多次过滤消毒后，还可以被人使用。 本次毕业设计是基于PLC和工业组态软件设计一个污水处理监测系统。系统采用分布式控制系统结构 , 由上位机和现场设备构成。系统上位机采用组态王 6.53组态软件开发上位监控界面 , 能够完成远程实时监测和管理任务。分布于生产现场的三菱FX2NC PLC和电动机, 作为该污水处理系统的下位机使用 ，完成实时数据采集和自动控制的功能。利用PLC控制系统实现了电动机的正反转，从而模拟了整个的污水处理过程。 关键词:污水处理；实时监测；数据采集；FX2NC；组态王6.53 Abstract Today the world of human concern would be the first hot issue of water resources problems. View of the current situation in China, water resources crisis threatens our normal life. Since it is non-renewable resources, water resources, we should think of ways to use the full, so that it can be recycled. In order to ensure the utilization of water resources, all countries have established a number of sewage treatment plants, through a series of measures to disinfect the sewage, after repeated filtration can also be used. The graduation project is based on the PLC, and industrial wastewater treatment configuration software to design a monitoring system. System uses distributed control system architecture, from the host computer and field devices pose. System 6.53 PC Kingview top monitor configuration software interface, to complete real-time remote monitoring and management tasks. Distribution in the production site of Mitsubishi FX2NC PLC and motors, as the sewage treatment system to use the lower computer to complete real-time data acquisition and control functions. Use of PLC control system for the motor rotating, thus simulating the entire sewage treatment process.
