微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的影响因素分析 刘智明 曹金红 刘如恩 余小祥 樊成 陈波 徐剑 【摘要】 目的 探讨微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛（Trigeminal neuralgia，简称TN）的临床疗效和影响因素，为今后相关研究提供依据。 方法 应用SPSS 18.0软件，对微血管减压术治疗436例三叉神经痛患者的临床资料，采用χ2检验进行统计学分析。 结果 TN患者微血管减压术后，病情立即缓解371例(85.1%)，术后延迟缓解49例(11.2%)，明显减轻12例(2.8%)，疼痛改善不明显或无效4例(0.9%)，各种疗效间差异有统计学意义(χ2 =3.1，p＜0.01)。出现并发症77例（17.7%），不良反应105例（24.1%）。经多因素Logistic回归分析MRA）薄层扫描检查是影响的最主要因素 【关键词】微血管减压；三叉神经痛；影响因素 analysis of influence factors of primary Trigeminal neuralgia after Microvascular Decompression LIU Zhiming，CAO Jinhong，LIU RuenYU Xiaoxiang，PAN Cheng，CHEN Bo .
