The knowledge ontology building is realized with the help of Protégé. The Jena open source package is also used for relationship inference. The evaluation indexes are established from two dimensions: the architecture and the instance. It is concluded that the ontology is well arranged and has rich relationship. It clearly describes the attributes of each knowledge point and the logical relation between the knowledge points. It has practical value for the construction of personalized teaching system, and certain theoretical significance to the effective management of junior high school mathematics knowledge.
