Results: The efficacy and toxicity could be evaluated in the 66 cases., the overall response rates were 55.9% and 46.9%, the median TTP was 6.3 months,5.8 months, the median OS was 12.8 months,12.2 months, there were no significanct difference(P＞0.05),the most common toxicities of the two groups were neutropenia, thrombopenia,nausea vomiting and diarrhea, which could be tolerated. However, the Hand-foot syndrome rate of the SOX group exceeded the XELOX group(P＜0.05). C: The efficacy of the two groups is simple, but the concurrent chemoradiotherapy of SOX regimen for postoperative recurrent gastric carcinoma patients is better than concurrent chemoradiotherapy of XELOX regimen in well-tolerated toxicity,and worth to further study and popularize.
