轴承座加工工艺及加工下底面夹具设计 摘要 本课题设计的意义是通过“轴承座加工工艺及加工下底面夹具设计”这一设计工作,了解并掌握工艺规程的编制及夹具的设计,以便在将来的工作中正确的使用。完成的主要工作时:工件工艺性能分析、毛坯和图的绘制、工艺规程中加工路线的拟定及确定、工件在加工过程中所使用的工艺装备、各工序间机械加工余量的确定、工艺卡和工序过程卡的填写、定位方案的设计、定位元件的选用及设计、夹紧机构的设计、夹紧力定位误差的分析与计算、夹具装配图及非标准定位元件的零件图绘制。 本课题通过查阅资料对零件进行分析并计算,然后选取一种最适合的加工方案进行加工。并通过使用CAD软件进行图纸的绘制,在绘制的过程中全方面了解零件的功能作用,并进行夹具的设计。 本次夹具设计属于在众多的夹具设计中属于普遍的夹具形式,但其中也有一些不足,但夹具的结构类型比较简单,一些定位原件大部分都是标准间,易于生产,一些非标准的零件也都进行了设计并进行CAD绘图。 关键词: 毛坯;机械加工余量;工艺路线;定位元件;夹紧机构 Bearing Processing Technique and the Bottom Surface of the Fixture Design Abstract This topic design through which meaning is bearing the processing technique and the bottom surface of the fixture design of the design work,,to understand and grasp the process procedure and fixture design,,so that in the future work of the correct use of。To complete the main work, work process performance analysis,,rough and drawing, process specification process route plan is determined,,and the workpiece in the process by the use of the process equipment, the process of determining the allowance for machining,process cards and process card filling in a positioning scheme design,positioning element selection and design of mechanism design clamping clamping force analysis and calculation of positioning error,jig assembly drawing and non standard positioning component parts drawing。 This topic through consulting data carries on the analysis to the components and calculation, and then select a suitable processing program for processing.
