内 容 摘 要 随着现代物流不断地发展,仓储这块内容被越来越多的企业公司所重视。它们为了适应日趋激烈的市场竞争,需要对自身的经营状况有充分的了解,并通过有效的管理不断提高效率。因此,对仓储的管理也成为提高企业生产经营效率的一个重要途径。 所以许多企业利用现代管理技术比如“仓储ABC分类管理法”将管理目标贯穿于系统地经济活动中,最大限度地减少内耗与浪费以及囤积,抓重点保一般,从繁杂的物资品种规格中理出主线,以点带面控制一般,全面系统地把业务流程有机地协调与控制,以最快的流转速度合理的占用资金,使企业资源合理配置合理流动。同时通过平衡采购成本和库存持有成本,通过确定最佳的订货批量来实现最低总库存成本的方法,其目标是使物料的年度总成本最低。 降低物资存储费用和物资运输费用,适时、快速、高效充分发挥物资供应的效用,提高了物资管理水平,有力地保证了公司销售物资的需求。 但是随着竞争越来越激烈,涉及研究的对象很多时候,ABC分类管理法就显不适合。现在如何改进个经典的管理法则就成为了当务之急。本论文针对宁波北仑大润发超市展开调查,从而得出ABC分类管理法的不足处,以及就该如何改进提出个人的想法。 关键词:物资管理,仓储,仓储ABC分类管理法,改进。 ABSTARCT With the developing of the modern logistics , Storage of this content is more and more attention to enterprise companies. At the same time, by balancing the cost of procurement and inventory holding costs, by identifying the best order quantity to achieve the minimum total inventory cost, and its goal is to make the cost of materials, the lowest annual total.
