Rafig Gurbanov BAKI - 2009REFERATThe present thesis is devoted to burning question – increasing economic efficiency with application of new facilities and technology in oil industry. The thesis includes introduction, three sections, conclusion and references.In introduction the urgency of the theme, the object of the thesis, ways of solving of problems and sections brief description were considered.Oil production increasing is directly associated with new equipment and technologies applying in all branches of oil and gas industry. New technologies are widely used in developing offshore and onshore oil and gas fields. Increasing of economic efficiency in oil industry are used many methods. Between these methods are ordinary water injection, CO2 water injection, horizontal wells, multiple-string wells, multi-lateral wells, gaslight wells and others. Exploration and production of oil and gas have been transformed over the past ten years by extensive developments in well systems and technology. Drilling and completion technology has made possible new well shapes that have increased the efficiency of oil production.The master thesis consists of three sections.The first section is about the oil recovery methods. These methods are widely used in developing offshore and onshore oil fields.The second section is about the application of advanced wells to enhance the development of oil and gas reservoirs.
