Based on a case with the company in ZheJiang and research object, the company did not list in detail before implementation of total quality management, the main problems of in-depth Analysis of the inadequacy of the product quality management theory and practice, adopted roots, combined with the concrete analysis method, the company mainly process pertaining to product quality, product development, manufacturing, sales and service process and the main factors affecting the product: man, equipment,materials, operation method sand environment systematically summarized, the existing problems of using various break of enterprise, advances some methods to solve problems and raise the level of product quality in an effective way .
