子痫前期孕妇血浆内皮素与心钠素水平变化及其临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 通过检测正常妊娠期孕妇及子痫前期孕妇血浆内皮素和心钠素的水平，探讨心钠素和内皮素在子痫前期发病过程中的作用。 方法 回顾性分析2010年5月～2013年12月北京军区总医院（以下简称“我院”）收治的36例子痫前期妊娠妇女的临床资料，根据病情将其分为轻度组（20例）和重度组（16例），随机选择我院同期正常妊娠妇女30例为对照组。比较三组妊娠妇女入院时的血浆内皮素和心钠素水平，并采用ROC曲线对该诊断试验进行评价。 结果 重度组妊娠妇女内皮素和心钠素[（52.4±6.1）、（95.8±6.6）ng/L]高于轻度组[（45.3±5.1）、（88.7±5.8）ng/L]及对照组[（29.3±4.5）、（81.7±5.1）ng/L]，且组间两两比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.7，心钠素的ROC曲线AUC=0.8990.7，说明采用内皮素和心钠素对早期子痫前期具有较高的诊断价值。 结论 内皮素和心钠素的水平与子痫前期的病情严重程度密切相关。 　　[关键词] 内皮素；心钠素；子痫前期 　　[中图分类号] R714.24 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）09（a）-0155-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the role of endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in the development of preeclampsia by testing and comparing the endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide level in the plasma of normal pregnant women and women with preeclampsia. Methods Clinical data of 36 pregnant women with preeclampsia admitted and treated in Beijing Military Command General Hospital （“our hospital” for short） from May 2010 to December 2013 were retrospective analyzed， and they were divided into mild group （20 cases） and severe group （16 cases） according to the severity. Another 30 normal pregnant women in the same period in our hospital were randomly chosen as the control group. The plasma level of endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in these three groups were tested and recorded upon their admission to the hospital. ROC curve was used for the analysis and assessment of diagnose results. Results The level of endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in the severe group [（52.4±6.1）， （95.8±6.6） ng/L] were higher than those of the mild group [（45.3±5.1）， （88.7±5.8） ng/L] and the control group [（29.3±4.5）， （81.7±5.1） ng/L]， the differences of three groups were statistically significance （P 0.7.
