恶性肿瘤患者益生菌活性和抗菌药物使用相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究恶性肿瘤患者益生菌活性与抗菌药物使用的相关性。 方法 选取2012年6月～2015年12月徐州医学院附属医院（以下简称“我院”）首诊首治的早期恶性肿瘤患者（恶性肿瘤组）137例以及我院同期健康体检者（健康对照组）183名作为研究对象，采用平板计数法检测恶性肿瘤组及健康对照组粪便中细菌总数和乳酸菌数量，分析恶性肿瘤组细菌总数、乳酸菌数量与近三年抗菌药物累积使用量的相关性。 结果 根据抗菌药物使用史及近三年抗菌药物使用量，将恶性肿瘤组分为低天数组（1～25 d，72例）、中天数组（>25～50 d，38例）、高天数组（>50 d，27例）。恶性肿瘤组细菌总数增加，而乳酸菌数量减少，与健康对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。恶性肿瘤组细菌总数与抗菌药物累积使用量呈低度正相关（r = 0.452，P < 0.05），乳酸菌数量与抗菌药物累积使用量呈低度负相关（r = -0.476，P < 0.05）。 结论 在一定时间段内，抗菌药物累积使用达到一定量后，恶性肿瘤患者益生菌活性与抗菌药物使用存在低度负相关。 　　[关键词] 恶性肿瘤；益生菌；乳酸菌；活性；抗菌药物；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R733 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）05（b）-0129-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between the activity of probiotics and antibiotics use in the patients with malignant tumor. Methods One hundred and thirty seventy patients with malignant tumor （malignant tumor group） first diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College （"our hospital" for short） and 183 health persons （healthy control group） for the corresponding period in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2015 were selected as research objects. The total number of bacteria and the number of lactobacillus in the feces of malignant tumor group and healthy control group were detected by using plate count method. The correlation of the total number of bacteria and the number of lactobacillus with cumulative amount of antibiotics use in recent 3 years was analyzed. Results According to the history of antibiotics use and the cumulative amount of antibiotics use in recent three years， the malignant tumor group was divided into the low days group （1-25 days， 72 cases）， the moderate days group （>25-50 days， 38 cases） and the high days group （>50 days， 27 cases）.
