女性痤疮患者皮肤敏感性及治疗应答临床剖析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2016.32.098 　　[摘要] 目的 分析女性痤疮患者皮肤敏感性及治疗效果。方法 方便选取2015年5月―2016年5月该院收治的60例患者为研究对象，以患者是否为皮肤敏感性为依据，划分为敏感性组与非敏感性?M，对比两组患者临床特点及临床疗效。结果 该组60例患者，皮肤敏感性占35.00%（21/60），非敏感性组的治疗总有效率与满意率分别为97.96%、100.00%均高于敏感性组的42.86%、52.38%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，非敏感性组的TEWL、皮肤含水量及皮肤油脂均优于治疗前及敏感性组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 女性痤疮患者皮肤敏感性发生率偏高，经中西医结合治疗后，非敏感性患者效果显著，虽然敏感性患者的临床症状有所缓解，但其屏障功能未恢复，敏感性未能减轻。 　　[关键词] 女性痤疮；肤敏感性；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R758 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）11（b）-0098-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Skin Sensitivity and Treatment Response in Female Patients with Acne 　　CHEN Zong-jie 　　Department of Dermatology， Lijiang People's Hospital， Lijiang，Yunnan Province， 674100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the skin sensitivity and treatment effect of female acne patients. Methods Convenient selection a total of May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital from 60 patients as the research object， to patients with sensitive skin as the basis， divided for the set of sensitive and non sensitive group， compared two groups of patients with clinical features and the clinical curative effect. Results This group of 60 cases， skin sensitivity was 35.00% （21/60）， the sensitivity of the treatment group total effective rate and satisfaction rate of 97.96%， 100.00% respectively sensitivity group were higher than 42.86%， 52.38%， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）；Group after treatment， the sensitivity of TEWL skin， skin moisture and grease were better than before treatment and sensitivity of the group， the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Female patients with acne skin sensitivity to a high incidence of， by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment， non sensitivity in patients with significant effect， although the sensitivity in patients with clinical symptoms have been alleviated， but the barrier function did not recover， sensitivity to reduce. 　　[Key words] Female acne； Skin sensiti
