分论二 中国未来成为全球金融中心的历史视角考察： 金融中心漂移说 摘 要 国际金融中心是世界经济和国际金融发展到一定程度的必然产物，并早在中世纪已在人类的经济生活中发挥着重要作用，且不断发挥它的影响力。13世纪的威尼斯就曾依托于兴旺的国际贸易和对君主的信贷，而获得当时世界上最著名国际金融中心的殊荣。到了17世纪，凭借荷兰经济力量的支持，又拥有整个欧洲商业和信息交换中心的优势，阿姆斯特丹后来居上，跃升成为当时世界上最重要的国际金融中心。之后，凭借着第一次工业革命，英国经济得到了飞速的发展，伦敦也成为当时世界上重要的国际金融中心。二战后，美国成为世界上最为强盛的国家，并且凭借着优越的地理环境，国际金融中心从伦敦漂移到纽约，并且持续至今，虽然这中间经历许多变化，但纽约的国际金融中心地位至今仍没有被撼动。 本分论将系统对金融中心发展脉络进行分析，从中找出规律性，并且论证我国成为未来国际金融中心的可能性。随着我国经济的不断发展，经济规模的不断壮大，对外开放程度和世界经济地位的不断提高，我国迫切需要建立国际金融中心，并且这也为我国建立国际金融中心打下了扎实的基础。国际金融中心的发展史告诉我们，我国建立国际金融中心并不是幻想。只要我国加快资本市场的战略转型，加快我国金融市场环境的完善，我国建立未来的国际金融中心一定会成为现实。Abstract International financial center is the natural result when the world economy and international finance developped to some extent. It has played and continued playing an important role in human’s economic activities. In the 13th century, owing to the prosperous international trade and credit to the emperor, Venice won the honor of the most famous financial center in the world. By the 17th century, relying on the support of the economic strength of Holland, and the possession of the advantage in business and information exchange center of the whole Europe, the Amsterdam caught up and leaped forward to be the most important international financial center. Afterwards, owing to the first industrial revolution, UK has achieved a speedy development, and London became an important international financial center in the world at that time. After the Second World War, U.S. became the strongest country in the world and depending on the excellent geographical environment, international financial center has drifted from London to New York and unchanged until today. Although meanwhile it has experienced some changes, New York’s position as an international financial center has never been shaken. In this topic, we will carry out a systematic analysis of the financial center development track, from which we try to find the norm, and the possible arguments that China become the international financial center in the futu
