经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 PAGE 北京理工大学继续教育暨现代远程教育学院 毕业论文 类　别： 远程·高起本 专 业： 工商管理 班 级： 姓 名： 毕业设计题目： 装饰企业项目成本费用控制管理研究 指导教师姓名： 经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 摘 要 建筑装饰工程施工成本管理是建筑装饰行业中最受关注的话题，也是装饰施工企业管理的基础和重点。随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立，市场竞争机制日益走向成熟，对装饰施工企业而言，企业间竞争将逐渐由产品质量竞争过渡到价格竞争。加强装饰施工企业的成本管理，减支增效，提高市场竞争力，将成为大多数装饰施工企业盈利的主要途径和长期经营战略。 二十一世纪的到来，建筑装饰行业面临着进入WTO与国际接轨的新形势，如何学习国际发达国家的施工项目管理经验、施工工艺技术、提高企业利润和竞争力，应对国际竞争，是我国现代建筑装饰行业的历史使命。 本文结合国内外建筑业现状以及我的一些工作经历，论述了建筑装饰企业如何进行项目全过程控制，从而实现工程项目的成本控制。本文提出的项目施工成本管理的方法具有实际操作性，在具体操作中需灵活运用，在实践中不断地总结和提高成本控制的方式和方法，以保证施工项目成本管理目标的实现。项目成本控制是企业管理的重要环节，必须在组织和控制措施上给于高度的重视。控制工程项目成本，提高经济效益是建筑装饰施工企业经营最终的追求目标，也是企业生存与发展的根本保证。 论文由三个部分组成： 第1部分 对国内建筑行业目前的状况做了简要的介绍。 第2部分 主要论述和研究国外建筑企业的现状及先进的项目成本管理经验。 第3部分 研究了国内一家建筑装饰企业项目成本控制存在的问题，结合国内外施工管理经验，并分析了项目成本控制所应采取的对策。 关键词：利润，建筑装饰，成本控制，经济效益，对策 Abstract Building Construction Cost Management decorative architectural decoration industry is a topic of concern to most, is decorated on the basis of enterprise management and focus.
