high-tech new ventures ’ growth.
From this research, we get some contributions. First, according to the characteristics
of high-tech new ventures, based on the related theories and literature review we built a
conceptual model of entrepreneurial environment, organizational learning capability and
high-tech new ventures growth which enriches the relevant theoretical research. Second,
we introduced organizational learning capability as a mediating variable in the chain and
explored the mediating role of it, which revealed the important role of entrepreneurial
environment and organizational learning capability in the growth process of high-tech
new venture.
The research is to build model of entrepreneurial environment, organizational
learning capability and high-tech new ventures growth, explore the role path of
organizational learning capability between the chain, which deeped the academic
research of entrepreneurs in the field of entrepreneurship. It helps the high-tech new
venture who are in different entrepreneurial environment enhance the level of
technological innovation, thus provide the basis for promoting enterprises growth hrough
the improvement of organizational learning capability.
