The research of the dissertation topic can be divided for three core portions : the survival condition and environment ? the strategic developing orientation，and the implement and safeguard measure of stratagem of LZIMG。 In order to suit and meet the change and demand of the maricet ,the coal industry of LZIMG should catch hold of opportunity and actively implement the developing strategy, placing great emphasis on workers，firmly developing a comprehensive，harmonious, long lasting scientific developing standpoint, start with the optiinization of the company construction，the collocation of the resource，the capital operation stzaidard, development of the kernel competition ability，to construct the orientation and the object of coal industry. Surrounding the ‘west electricity for east project，construct the advanced coal mines that suit for the fire plants ’increase the processing standard of coalrealize the transition form die deck coal to deeply processed and systematic utilization . implement the new technology of under ground gasification，actively take part in the constiwtion and improvement of the fire plants， developing the projects of electricity generated by gas.
