济南陆宇物流公司仓储管理现状及策略研究 序号(学号) XX大学XX学院毕 业 设 计(论 文) 济南陆宇物流公司仓储管理现状及策略研究 姓 名 XXX 院 别 商学院 专 业 工商管理 班 级 工商XX 指导教师 XXX 讲师 2012 年 6 月 7 日 济南陆宇物流公司仓储管理现状及策略研究 [摘 要] 随着生产的发展和流通规模的扩大,出现了物流量的急剧增加和仓储业务量的增大。原来的仓储格局已经和现代社会主义市场经济很不协调,使得仓储能力得不到充分发挥。社会需求的不断变化,对仓储业务在时间、空间、质量和服务水平上提出更高的要求。同时,随着物流管理水平的不断提高,仓储业越来越不能满足现代生产的需要。随着现代管理理论不断完善,仓储管理理论正慢慢成为现代管理理论的重要组成部分。当前,改革开放的不断深化和经济技术的飞跃发展,现代企业管理理论得到广泛应用,但仓储管理却发展缓慢。如何把现代仓储管理技术正确运用到企业运营中,有效控制库存成本,调节供应和需求,正越来越受到各个行业和全社会的关注。本文结合仓储管理的主要内容及仓储管理在企业运营中的重要性,对物流公司存在仓储管理随意性大、对管理职能认识不全面、管理人员配置不合理的问题,提出以下经营策略:库存管理分类化;仓储管理标准化;人力资源专业化。以提高企业的管理水平。 [关键词] 仓储管理 主要内容 现存问题 策略 Jinan Lu Yu Logistics Warehouse Management Situation and Strategy Research [Abstract] With the development of production and circulation of the expansion, there has been a sharp increase in the amount of logistics and warehousing operations increases. The original storage pattern has been very coordinated and modern socialist market economy, making the storage capacity are not fully play. Changing needs of the community in time, space, quality and service levels, higher demands on the warehousing business. Meanwhile, with the continuous improvement of logistics management, warehousing industry is increasingly unable to meet the needs of modern production.With the continuous improvement of modern management theory, the theory of warehouse management is slowly becoming an important part of modern management theory. At present, the reform and opening up the slow deepening and the rapid development of economic and technological, modern enterprise management theory has been widely used, but the warehouse management development. Correct use of modern warehouse management technology to business operations, effective control of inventory costs, regulate the supply and demand, are more and more the concern of the various industries and society as a whole. Firstly, from the meaning of warehouse
