********大学本科毕业设计 本科毕业设计 题目： 复合木地板自动包装设备及 包装纸板冲裁模具的设计 学 院: 机械自动化 专 业: 机械工程及自动化 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 日 期: 二〇一四年五月 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 设计了一套复合木地板全自动包装设备，安全高效，成本低廉。该设备由纸箱成型装置、自动折盖封箱装置、动力传动装置等部分组成。在参考大量文献的基础上，综合运用经验设计、计算机辅助设计等方法，优化了包装工艺和包装机的总体设计方案，论述了机械传动系统设计、气压传动系统设计等内容；此外，对重要零部件还进行了结构设计、运动学与力学分析。 针对包装所用纸板进行了冲压模具的设计。综合运用所学知识，完成了纸板工艺分析与改进、冲压工艺方案的确定、排样设计、凸、凹模工作尺寸计算、冲裁工艺力的计算、模具总体结构设计等；此外，还完成了主要零部件结构设计、安装工艺设计以及冲压设备的选用。 该设计成果可应用于复合木地板生产行业，满足企业对产品自动化包装的需求。 关键词：复合木地板；自动包装设备；计算机辅助设计；冲压模具 Abstract This paper has designed a fully automatic compound wood floor packaging equipment, which are safe,efficient and cheap.The equipment is composed of carton forming device, automatic folding and sealing device, power transmission device and other bining with the experience design and computer aided design method comprehensively, this paper optimizes packaging progress and the overall design of the packaging machine, and discusses mechanical transmission system design on the basis of many references.In addition, this paper also finishes structure design,kinematics and mechanics analysis for the important parts. This paper also finishes the stamping die design based on the used packaging cardboard. With the use of learned knowledge comprehensively, this paper has finished the cardboard process analysis and improvement, the determination of stamping process plan, layout design, convex and concave die working dimension calculation, calculation of the force of cutting process, overall structure design; In addition, this paper has also completed the main parts structure design, the installation process design and the choice of stamping equipment. The design results can be used in the industries of compound wood floor production, meeting the urgent need of the automatic packaging product .
