A Dissertation Submitted in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Professional Degree of Master in Engineering The Research on the Factors Affecting BIM Application in the Building Construction Enterprise Master Candidate： Major： Supervisor ： Wuhan University of Science and Technology Wuhan, Hubei, P.R.China 摘 要 建筑业是国民经济的重要产业部门，与机械电子、石油化工、汽车制造并列 为我国四大支柱产业，建筑施工企业作为建筑业的重要组成部分，在国民经济中 起着非常重要的作用。随着信息技术的不断发展，建筑业这一传统行业也面临着 信息化建设的艰巨任务，三维模拟、虚拟现实、4D 项目管理等技术的应用将彻底 改变建筑施工企业的生产方式，BIM 技术作为实现这些技术的基础，如何在建筑 施工企业中予以深入应用与推广就成为建筑施工企业信息化建设的根本出路。然 而自 2006 年 BIM 技术引入我国以来，BIM 在建筑施工企业中的应用推广与发展 面临着各种困难与阻碍，其应用的深度与广度与建筑施工企业信息化建设的要求 相距甚远。 本文以影响建筑施工企业应用 BIM 技术的因素为研究对象，通过调查、分析， 重点研究了技术、经济、组织、人员、法规等因素的影响及其相互作用关系，采 取综合评价的方法，分析探讨了建筑施工企业应用 BIM 技术的有效途径与策略， 以促进 BIM 技术在建筑施工企业的应用与普及，推动建筑业信息化建设的进程。 关键词:建筑施工企业；BIM 应用；影响因素；实施方案。 I Abstract The construction industry is an important department in the national economy, machinery and electronics, petrochemical and automobile manufacturing are listed as China's four pillar industries. Construction enterprises plays a very important role in the national economy as an important part of the construction industry.
