浙江茶叶出口现状分析及对策 内 容 摘 要 浙江是传统的产茶大省，也是出口大省。浙江茶叶在茶园面 积、茶叶产量、出口量等方面一直位于全国前列，在我国的茶叶出 口市场上占据着极其重要的地位。随着茶叶市场的开放，国际竞争 愈加激烈，浙江茶叶出口在曲折中发展。本文从浙江茶叶出口现状 入手，通过对浙江茶叶 2005 年以后的出口量、出口金额、出口质 量、出口茶类结构和出口市场的分析，了解了 2005 至 2009 年浙江 茶叶贸易的状况。同时总结了影响浙江茶叶出口的原因:从国内方面 看，生产成本提高，质量卫生差，出口企业自身问题和品牌问题是 阻碍浙江茶叶进一步发展的主要原因；从国际上看，绿色壁垒严重 阻碍了茶叶的出口贸易。通过对这些影响因素的分析，得出一个结 论：质量是提高茶叶出口量和企业国际竞争力的关键。因此，我们 应该：构建茶叶的科技创新和服务体系；加强茶叶基地建设，推进 茶叶产后处理加工，开发新品；建立质量安全体系；实施市场多元 化，产品品牌化，经营规模化战略；加强行业与行业，行业与部门 的协作，注重创新。 关键字：浙江省 茶叶出口 现状 绿色壁垒 对策 中国最大的论文知识平台 ABSTRACT Zhejiang is a traditional tea-producing province as well as a large tea-exporting province. Ranking in our country’s top place in tea gardening areas, outputs, exports and so on, it plays an extremely important role in the export of tea market in China. With the opening of tea market and increasing intense international competition, Zhejiang’s tea export develops tortuously. By means of studying the situation of Zhejiang’s tea export, this paper analyzes Zhejiang’s tea export quantity, export quotation, export quality, export structure and export market after the year of 2005 so as to catch a better understanding of Zhejiang’s tea trade from 2005 to 2009. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes some reasons influencing Zhejiang’s tea export. On the one hand, from domestic aspect, the high producing costs, poor sanitation quality and export enterprises’ own problems as well as the brand matter are main reasons to block the further development of Zhejiang’s tea trade.
