The desig n draw ings in clude mold ing equipme nt drawing, injection mold assembly drawing, molding process flow diagram, material cycle diagram, workshop layout, whole plant layout drawing. The instructions of in clude determ ining the specificati ons of product ion, the optimizati on of producti on formula, the proper molding Method and equipment for molding (injection molding machine, auxiliary units). Beside, I lcalculate the heat quality and material in the process of the product ion, the reas on able layout of workshop and factory (water, pla nt, circuit) and the ben efits of factory. Fi nally the desig n of the runner mold is hot runner, the coagulati on material in which has bee n in a molte n state, without the extrusi on, the moldi ng cycle will be shorte n and the efficie ncy will be improved.
