Then I use SPSS11.5 for Windows for a statistical analysis which about the general characteristics of the Jiangsu Polytechnic College Students, and if exist a difference among gender, discipline, family location and grade. After that, I give analysis and explanations for these results and discuss the reasons for these results. At last, according to the achievement motivation theory and research results, I propose methods and measurements for the achievement motivation of Jiangsu Polytechnic College Students.
