As one of the core services in ITS, Commercial Vehicle Operation ManagementSystem have been received special attention, and it is considered Early Winners ITS project. This paper introduces the development background of the U.S. Commercial Vehicle Operations Management System, then describes the framework of the Commercial Vehicle of the operation and managementsystem structure in United States ITS.
