PAGE PAGE II 基于内部控制的云计算应用风险防范研究 摘 要 在现代信息社会中，一种基于网络的新型的计算模式——云计算，已经成为全球关注的热点，并且很有可能带来新一轮的信息技术的变革。而对于企业而言，云计算技术的出现与应用，除了可以起到降低企业成本的作用外，还可以促进企业IT资源的扩展，以及促进企业内部管理模式的创新。但是，与此同时，云计算技术的广泛应用使得企业的运营环境产生了较大的变化，因而出现了一些新的风险。本文根据目前云计算在企业的应用状况，首先介绍了内部控制的基础理论以及云计算的相关理论，接着从内部控制的角度谈到了云计算应用的安全风险问题。为了加速企业对云计算的使用，创建云计算管理标准势在必行，但是企业对云计算大量运用的同时也存在各种风险，本文就对这些风险进行分析，并从企业内部控制的角度提出应对措施，以期为企业对云计算的应用及应对风险措施提供一定的帮助。 关键词 企业 内部控制 云计算 安全 风险防范 Based on the internal control of the risk prevention research cloud computing applications ABSTRACT In the modern information society, a new computing model based on network, cloud computing, has become the hot spot in the world, and is likely to bring a new round of the revolution of information technology. But, at the same time, the wide application of cloud computing technology makes the enterprise the operating environment of the larger changes, some new risks appear. In this paper, according to the current application status of cloud computing in the enterprise, first introduced the basic theory of internal control and the knowledge of cloud computing, then, talked about the security risks of cloud computing from the Angle of enterprise internal control. The use of cloud computing, in order to accelerate enterprises create cloud computing management standards is imperative, but the use of the enterprises to the cloud computing also exist various risks at the same time, the paper is analyzed on these risks, and put forward the countermeasures from the Angle of enterprise internal control, to help the application of cloud computing and risk response measures provide certain help.
