肉类冷链物流仓储风险研究 PAGE PAGE III 肉类冷链物流仓储风险研究 摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，人们的消费结构不断改变，城市居民对肉类产品特别是冷链肉类产品的需求量越来越大，对肉类产品质量的要求也日渐提升。特别是在加入 WTO 之后，肉类产品的国际流通更加频繁，食品安全问题受到普遍关注，传统的物流方式面临巨大挑战，已经不能满足人们日益多变的需要和激烈国际竞争的需要。不难看出，在经济高速发展的今天，先进物流配送方式的运用在促进经济发展，提高经济效益方面有着不可替代的重要作用。在这样的大背景下，肉类产品物流特别是冷链物流受到普遍关注。本文就肉类冷链物流仓储风险进行深入研究。 关键词：肉类；仓储物流；风险 Meat cold chain logistics warehousing risk research Abstract with the development of economy, peoples consumption structure changing, city residents of agricultural products especially demand more and more agricultural products cold chain, the agricultural product quality requirements are increasing.
