沈阳大学毕业设计（论文） No PAGE 3 最需要教育资源的地方，却最缺乏教育资源；最需要接受教育的群体，却远离教育资源。由于我国各地经济、尤其是经济发展又极不平衡，虽然近年来，我国党和政府在促进教育公平上采取了许多积极有效的措施，也取得了一定成效，使我国农村小学的教育公平问题得到很大的改善，但仍然存在着显著的城乡、区域之间的差距，特别是在教育进入新的大发展阶段之时，我国农村小学的教育公平问题进一步凸显。这主要表现在农村小学的教育起点极为不公平、农村学生的教育过程不公平、教育结果也极不平等上。为了让农村学生享受公平教育，政府、教育主管部门应从教育资源配置、农村师资队伍建设、农村贫困学生的教育救助、农村课程改革及农村教育管理、教育监督机制上积极寻找有效措施，力求实现城乡教育平等。通过我们共同努力，让同一蓝天下的农村学生的教育不再受歧视，使普天下的孩子共享教育公平之光。 关键词： 农村学生；教育公平；教育资源；师资 Abstract Most in need of?educational?resources of local,?but?the?lack of education?resources;?the?need to accept the?education groups,?but away from the?education resources.?Due to our country economy,?especially the?economic development?is not?balanced,?although in recent years,?our party and the government?has taken many?effective measures?to?promote education fair,?also has obtained the certain result,?make the?education fairness?problem in Chinas rural?primary school?has been greatly?improved,?but still exist?between urban and rural areas,?significant regional?difference,especially in?education entered into?a new stage of development?of?education fairness,?our country ruralprimary school?further highlight.?This is mainly manifested in the?beginning of education?of rural primary school?is veryunfair,?education process,?education?of rural students?unfairresult?is not?equal. ?In order for the rural?students enjoy the fair?education,?government,?education departments?should be?the allocation of educational resources,?the constructionof rural teachers,?rural poverty students?education assistance,?rural?reform?and rural?education management,education?supervision mechanism?to actively seek?effective measures,?and strive to achieve?the equality?of urban and rural education.?Through our joint efforts,?let the same?blue sky?under the?rural?students education?will no longer be discriminated against,?and the whole world?children shared the?education fair?light.
