摘要 摘要 随着现代科技的发展，各种新兴技术与软件应用层出不穷，企业也开始面临 着各种各样的服务器和系统的运维监测问题。怎么样去使用有关的技术去实现自 动化运维，帮助企业运维技术人员，摆脱重复地查看每一个中间件的运行参数的 任务，是每个企业都必须考虑的问题。本文就是研究根据现代企业级监测系统框 架技术，结合实时报警和预测报警的预警策略，构建基于metrics 的性能监测系 统。 本文首先研究了监测系统中常用的监测框架技术及相关算法，然后详细分析 了系统的基本功能需求和性能需求，并在研究分析的基础上设计并实现了监测系 统的模块，包括数据采集模块、数据处理上传模块、数据监测展示模块、预警模 块和时间调度模块等。经过相关研究之后采用线性回归算法与指数回归算法结合 的方式进行监测指标趋势分析，从而实现预警模块中的预测报警模块。监测系统 使用基于metrics 的Prometheus + Grafana 的架构进行实现，实现了从数据抓取 到展示并且对异常进行预警等全部流程，这也是当今监测领域一种比较流行的结 构。 目前，基于metrics 的性能监测系统已经完成了所有功能模块的开发，实现 了系统监测、日志管理、系统预警等相关功能。通过一系列设计的测试和分析， 系统可以更好地满足预期的实施目标，完成的系统也在企业内部上线使用。本监 测系统的实现，除了避免运维的重复工作，将其从冰冷的参数面前解放出来之外， 还使得运维技术人员进一步了解被监测对象，为后续对其进行优化打下了良好的 基础。 关键词： 监测系统；自动化运维；Grafana；Prometheus；Metrics I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the development of modern technology, various emerging technologies and software applications are emerging one after another, and enterprises are beginning to face the operation and maintenance monitoring problems of various servers and systems.
