轴向柱塞泵毕业设计 摘 要 轴向柱塞泵是液压系统中不可缺少的动力元件。轴向柱塞泵是靠柱塞在缸体内的往复运动,改变柱塞腔内容积从而实现吸油和排油,达到向液压系统提供一定流量和压力的油液的功能。本课题主要是对轴向柱塞泵进行设计 ,包括其中的结构,例如,柱塞的结构型式﹑滑靴结构型式﹑配油盘结构型式等进行了分析和设计。完成相应的受力分析、计算和校核,使得最后设计出的轴向柱塞泵能满足市场和工业需求。 关键词: 轴向柱塞泵 设计 结构型式 分析 计算 ABSTRACT Axial piston pump is indispensable power components in the hydraulic system. Axial piston pump is to rely on the plunger cylinder reciprocating motion ,and change the plunger cavity volume suction and discharge of oil, achieve the function which can Provide a certain discharge and pressure of the oil for Hydraulic system.This topic mainly design axial piston pump, on which the structure, such as the structure type of the plunger, the structure type of slipper and oil pan structure type carried out analyzed and designed, including appropriate stress analysis ,calculation and verificationof their too.Finally, makeing the design of axial piston pumps can meet the needs of the market and the industry.
